The ideal candidate should have a USPTO license and, preferably, an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics. This fully remote position has no billable hour requirements and focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO for a diverse range of international high-tech clients. Compensation:

• The pay scale for this position is $135,000 - $155,000, based on experience. This does not include potential compensation for eligible bonuses.
