Key Requirements:

• 1-7 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Proficiency in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Superior verbal and written communication

What You'll Do:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Prepare witnesses and documents for trial
• Work closely with partners on cases from start to finish
