Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Develop case strategies and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar membership.
• At least 10 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven first and second chair trial experience.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 base, plus bonus opportunities.
• Discretionary bonus.
