Compensation:

• Salary: $100,000–$200,000 base (experience-dependent).
  
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to case outcomes.

• Health/dental/vision stipend ($400/month after 90 days).
  
• 20 days PTO, 11 holidays (6 paid).
  
• 401(k) with 3% match, paid bar dues, $2,000/year CLE allowance.

• Full-time, litigation-focused role (8-hour shifts).
