The Role

As a litigation attorney with this firm, you will:

• Take the lead on trial preparation and litigation strategy for personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
• The first chair on at least five trials and the second chair on three trials.
• Conduct focus groups to evaluate case strategies.
• Manage discovery processes, draft pleadings and motions, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with paralegal support staff to build compelling cases.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• A strong track record of trial success
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
