Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for practice and innovation solution needs.
• Design and build legal technology solutions to optimize internal and client-facing workflows.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, troubleshooting as needed.
• Research and analyze innovation tools, staying ahead of legal technology trends.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients to develop process improvements.
• Deliver training on knowledge management tools and innovation platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D., Master’s, or equivalent legal industry experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in the legal industry.
• Strong knowledge of legal project management, KM tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with attorneys, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency in legal tech platforms such as HotDocs, Neota, and Fliplet.
