Position Overview:

• Associates: $125,000 - $210,000 based on years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in case management, strategy development, and risk assessment
• Draft legal documents and prepare for court appearances
• Conduct research and stay updated on relevant legislation
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Build relationships with clients and expert witnesses

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
• 4-10 years of experience in product liability or related field
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload and work independently
• Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy
