This firm is known for having one of the nation’s strongest and most diversified product liability departments. The Products Liability Practice Group serves a wide range of clients, with a focus on trial counsel in federal and state courts, acting as regional or national coordinating counsel. Key industries served include automotive, chemical, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and consumer products manufacturing. Qualified candidates should be prepared to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential.

Candidate Parameters:

• Required: Minimum of 2–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability.
• Preferred: Experience handling product liability cases and strong interest in the field.
• Licensure: Admission to the California Bar is required.
