A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in general real estate matters including leasing, acquisitions, title examination, and home building projects.

This position focuses on real estate transactions, advising clients on property acquisitions, lease agreements, and real estate development projects. Experience with home building is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and title examination
• Advising clients on real estate development and home-building projects
• Conducting legal research and drafting key transactional documents

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000
• Bonus Eligibility: Yes, based on performance

Candidate Parameters

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required
