This growing practice, established in 2006, specializes in representing secured creditors and landlords in litigation, with an additional focus on commercial and transactional work.

Role Overview

As an experienced attorney, you'll handle complex landlord-tenant law, evictions, and lender defense cases from start to finish. Your expertise will be crucial in managing resident disputes, foreclosures, and surplus proceeds. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior associates, contributing to the firm's growth and development.

You'll be part of a close-knit group of 7 attorneys and a dedicated support staff, with plans for expansion to 10-15 attorneys shortly.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000
