The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities: • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Strong familiarity with federal and state rules of procedure • Possess excellent writing skills; and be comfortable taking depositions • Briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and preparing for and conducting examinations at trial Qualifications: • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly
