We are seeking attorneys to partner with our law firm in a legal field where you are a master. We are located in Singer Island, Florida which is a retirement heaven for many people. Our ideal partners are: Experienced attorneys or new grad attorneys who like to do legal work but do not like to take care of operation work; or Attorneys who already have an office and want to expand their business to a new location We provide office space, furniture, equipment, insurance, supplies, software, and whatever you request. Responsibilities: • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Take care of customers' cases from beginning to end Qualifications: • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
