We seek a passionate Litigation Associate to join our boutique law firm in Beverly Hills. This opportunity will focus on toxic tort cases involving slum housing, lead poisoning, Legionnaires’ disease, and more, representing tenants in negligence disputes. We are passionate about changing lives and looking for someone with the same mentality!

Responsibilities:

• Handle Toxic Tort cases with an emphasis on slum housing issues, lead poisoning, Legionnaires’ disease, and carbon monoxide poisoning.
• Represent residential tenants in litigation arising from the negligent ownership and management of rental housing.
• Manage cases throughout the entire litigation process, from law and motion to discovery, depositions, to trial.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Toxic Tort Litigation.
• Experience in law and motion, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
• Smart, proactive, aggressive, and creative approach to legal practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual a plus!
