    About the Role:

     

    • Practice Areas: Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Business Transactions.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Guide clients on tax implications related to estate planning.
    • Conduct client consultations for personalized estate planning advice.
    • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
    • Handle real estate transactions, including purchases and leases.
    • Conduct title examinations and resolve property ownership issues.
    • Oversee the closing process for smooth property transfers.
    • Analyze case merits and provide legal opinions.
    • Manage 15-20 cases simultaneously with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Licensed to practice law in MD (required); DC, VA, & FL licenses preferred.
    • Specialization in Estate Tax Law, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate Law, and Business Law.
    • Effective communication skills for client consultations and representation.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Estate Tax Law (no minimum required, we encourage all interested candidates to apply!).
