A leading law firm in Orange, California is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workers' compensation cases from intake to resolution
• Represent clients before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board
• Draft legal documents and conduct discovery
• Provide legal advice to clients throughout the claims process
• Negotiate settlements and resolve cases in clients' best interests

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum 5 years experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload with attention to detail
