Employment Defense Attorney – Associate General Counsel

Are you a dynamic and motivated attorney with a passion for litigation? We’re looking for an Associate General Counsel to join our team! If you have experience in legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting in-house position with no minimum billable hours requirement – work-life balance is a priority.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, including both litigation and advisory/counseling work
• 3+ years of experience with California wage and hour law (Required)
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in wrongful termination cases (Required)
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in employment defense (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in discrimination cases (Required)
• Exceptional academic credentials, solid experience in a law firm setting, and excellent writing and communication skills
