Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal and/or Title Insurance Processor and Closer to join our growing company and process title work for our residential and commercial real estate transactions. We ranked in the top 30 out of 3,500 law firm/title companies with our underwriter over the last couple years and continue to grow rapidly. Applicant must be knowledgeable with the entire closing process and be able to take a file from inception through closing. Salary is competitive and negotiable. Organization, ability to handle many tasks at once and work as part of a team is a must. Great opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company. Position is for our Ft. Lauderdale office. Job Requirements:

• Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
• Regularly communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to timely and efficiently close transactions
• Prepare all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds
• Conducts closings with the necessary parties
• Fulfill the duties of an escrow officer, including the receipt and disbursement of funds
• Review all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
