Job Description

The Spa Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of Spa Operations including strategic goal setting, creative vision, treatment development, ensuring service standards exceed expectations and for supervising, motivating and setting goals with all spa team members

Qualifications

Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Spa Manager with 2-4 years of management experience to oversee the daily operations of an award winning luxury spa in the Napa Valley. The Spa Manager must be a skilled communicator, have strong leadership skills, thorough knowledge of spa operations, excellent decision making ability and sound financial acumen. 

High school or equivalent education required. Positive attitude. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays. Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
