Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Auction House Associate to join our team! As an Auction House Associate, you will assist customers with their drop-off and pickup needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include setting up merchandise displays, processing consignment drop-offs and end of sale pickups. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance when needed

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Assist customers with drop-off and pickup and collate paperwork

Set up and breakdown displays for auctions

Assist on auction day with clerking and phone bids

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
