    Peacock is looking for an Audience Development Analyst to join the Audiences and Insights team. This role will support the team responsible for analyzing campaign and tactic performance of Peacock’s owned on and off-platform marketing channels. The successful candidate has a passion for leveraging data to deliver meaningful insights that optimize campaign performance and drive strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Pull reports from marketing platforms (Braze and Freewheel) on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly) and perform analysis on campaign performance
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign results
    • Maintain master campaign and channel performance trackers that will assist in establishing benchmarks and monitoring ongoing performance
    • Support Insights team with reporting on content, platform, and audience health and surfacing relevant insights that drive strategy
    • Assist in creating readout decks with data visualizations that clearly illustrate campaign, tactic, and/or channel performance
    • Support ad hoc reporting requests
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of relevant marketing analytics experience
    • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
    • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
    • Ability to develop an understanding of multiple marketing channels and their measurement frameworks
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from reporting
    • Experience working in PowerPoint to create decks and organize information from reports for easy consumption by internal stakeholders
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience with streaming or subscriptions services is a plus

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000
