Job Summary:

Work from plans to create Lutron Lighting System Designs and Estimates.

Lead team of programmers and component installers.

Manage required inventory.

Track multiple simultaneous projects in progress.

Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.

Requires excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply “best practices” theory

Strong problem-solving skills

Fluent computer expertise

Key Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for system from design phase through final installation and programming.

Advanced troubleshooting of systems integration.

Networking/data system installation, setup and troubleshooting.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years Lutron Homeworks Experience

Experience with other lighting systems and control systems is a plus

also

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

Clean driving record and background check
