We have an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED lead residential AV programmer/technician. Control4, Lutron and/or Savant PROGRAMMING CERTIFICATION IS A MUST! Starting salary up to $25/hr depending upon experience with health insurance and paid vacation. Audio Video has been the leading residential electronics and integration company in Central Texas since 1977.
Job Summary: Installing, programming and servicing residential audio video system installations and service calls. Works with other installers and independently. Responsible timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Project management
Install and program distributed audio/video systems
Satellite/Cable systems setup and install
Advanced troubleshooting of audio/video systems
Networking/data system installation and setup
Programming single-room and advanced systems
Understanding of multi-room systems and setup
CEDIA ESTII or better certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment
Minimum Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE Control4, Lutron and/or Savant Programming Certification
IT networking experience and/or certifications
Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Ability to work on rotating “on-call” service schedule
Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing
Clean driving record and background check
Crestron, Lutron and/or URC experience is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of field experience
