Job Summary:
The Sales Associate position mainly focuses on customer service working within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business.
Calling customers to confirm the status of their orders, delivery, and product service.
Operating computerized cash register.
Data entry - using the Company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
Must be flexible with hours in order to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must also be able to perform a variety of general office activities in a fast-paced team player environment.
The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers via phone and in person.
Cashier and computer experience are a plus.
