Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone and email to drive revenue growth and address challenges. • Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of potential clients. • Achieve assigned sales goals. • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and goals. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements by participating in continuous training. • Manage the Customer Relationship Database diligently. Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in sales and/or account management preferred, audio-visual experience is advantageous but not mandatory. • Strong self-motivation to achieve sales goals and acquire new business. • Proven history of building and nurturing customer relationships. • Demonstrated aptitude for strategic, solution-oriented issue resolution. • Excellent communication and attentive listening abilities. • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic. • Effective organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Capable of collaborating within a team environment and working independently. • Possession of a valid driver's license and a spotless driving record. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
