    Position Overview:

    525 Technologies is a dynamic IT company that services schools in the Southeast area. We are seeking an On-site Entry-Level Audio-Visual Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will oversee the setup, operation, and upkeep of AV equipment. We seek a candidate with robust technical skills, a love for AV tech, and a dedication to top-tier client service.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform on-site audiovisual equipment installations ( incl. sound systems, cameras, interactive panels, smart boards, etc.)

    • Assist students with Microsoft/Windows applications support

    • Must be able to keep an accurate record of equipment history

    • Foster positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with IT services.

    -Provide help desk support: Set up Chromebooks for educational use.

    -Must be able to troubleshoot/configure various tech equipment

    -Put together / help out at campus events when needed

    Qualifications:

    • Physical ability to bend and lift heavy objects ( up to 50 pounds)

    • Experience in AV support or IT helpdesk roles is strongly preferred but not required.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Windows and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

    -Must have reliable transportation and Open to Travel.

    -Great time management.
