At Davenport Audiology & Hearing Center, our mission is to help individuals reconnect with the world around them by providing comprehensive hearing evaluations. We understand that hearing loss impacts relationships, daily experiences, and overall quality of life, and we are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

We are seeking an Audiologist to join our team as an independent contractor, offering flexible scheduling options. The current need is for one (1) to two (2) days per week, with eight (8)-hour shifts, including opportunities for telehealth services.

Essential Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments to determine hearing loss and auditory function.

Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and communicate findings to patients.

Provide counseling and education on hearing loss, treatment options, and communication strategies.

Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans based on their evaluation results.

Educate patients on hearing conservation and ways to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Audiology Degree preferred.

Licensed in the state of Iowa

Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with hearing assessment tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build relationships with diverse patient populations.

Empathy and a genuine commitment to improving patients’ hearing health.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
