  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking compassionate and experienced Audiologist to join our team! You will provide high quality patient care while making a positive impact in the lives of Veterans.

    • Provide a range of comprehensive services through the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing disorders to include hearing loss, balance impairment and tinnitus (ringing in the ears), diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid services, hearing conservation, aural rehabilitation, vestibular assessment and rehabilitation, auditory processing disorder evaluations, and ototoxic monitoring.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans, counsel patients and their families on intervention strategies, and educate them on effective hearing health practices.
    • Utilize a Whole Health approach that aligns with each Veteran’s unique goals and lifestyle.
    • This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, approx. 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

    Solvet Services, LLC, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, proudly supporting the NOLA VAMC since 2020. We are the current sole contract holder for Nursing Services at this facility and are excited to provide additional Audiology Support.

    Education. Doctor of Audiology (AuD) from an audiology program recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

    Licensure. Individuals must hold a full, current and unrestricted license to practice audiology at the doctoral level in a United States state, territory, commonwealth or the District of Columbia.
