What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end audit engagements with clients in diverse industries

• Collaborate directly with partners and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Mentor and develop audit staff, sharing feedback and supporting career growth

• Research and resolve complex accounting issues, staying ahead of new GAAP/GAAS updates

• Build your network, represent the firm, and support business development

  What We’re Looking For

• A CPA with a strong track record in public accounting (5–7 years preferred, or 10+ years in industry)

• Expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and audit standards, with strong technical skills

• Leadership ability—someone who can inspire and mentor a team

• A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships with clients and colleagues

• Business development savvy to help grow the firm’s portfolio

• Proficiency in tools like CCH Engagement, RIA Checkpoint, and Excel is a plus
