    Job Title : Customer Service & Collections Specialist (Manufactured Housing/Mobile Home Parks) Job Location : 7505 NW Tiffany Springs Pkwy, Kansas City MO 64153 Job Environment : In-Person Job Description : Third IV Properties LLC (also with Augustine Property Management Company) is looking for a Customer Service and Collections Specialist, with excellent customer service and collections skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also managing and collecting outstanding payments. Responsibilities : * Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns and resolving complaints * Manage and collect outstanding payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner * Assist applicants and residents with online payment, property management software, housing assistance applications, and similar tasks * Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management to ensure timely resolution of issues * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payments * Identify and report any potential issues or concerns to management * Meet or exceed established performance goals and targets * Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications : * Minimum of two years of customer service experience * Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills * Experience in collections, billing, or other related financial operations * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Time management and ability to meet deadlines * Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines). * Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion * Exceptional attention to detail * Ability to work quickly and under pressure * Exceptional organizational skills * Property management experience is a plus Core Values: In order to achieve success, the following qualities of each Augustine Property Management employee will be expected: * Honesty * Integrity * Competence * Tenacity & Enthusiasm * Creativity * Professionalism * Drive We offer a competitive salary, and opportunities for career advancement. We are a vertically integrated company with +/- 20 employees/contractors creating value through property acquisitions, property management, and manufactured homes sales. We also have a working relationship with The MHP Law Firm (a reciprocal client), for whom APM also handles the bookkeeping.
