Austin & Associates is an Asset Management Firm in Colorado and we are currently looking for a few representatives to join our rapidly growing financial services and education team. Members of this team focus on providing financial education and planning services across the communities that they reside in. No experience needed. We provide complete training and resources to succeed in the business. We are looking for both full and part-time help to work in a dynamic environment - both office & zoom. Seeking individuals who are motivated, self starters who are eager to learn how to get started in the field of financial services. Our primary business is financial products and services in a highly lucrative post pandemic industry. This is a rare opportunity to transition into the financial industry with an unprecedented demand, and chance to start your own business. There is a shortage of financial educators in the world and this deficit is only growing. Because of this, we’re having our largest expansion efforts in 3 decades. This is why we're looking to teach and grow the next generation of financial professionals. We're looking for individuals who are looking for the opportunity to positively impact families and their loved ones by teaching the fundamentals of how money works and how they can effectively apply these principles in their daily lives. • We have positions to work from home/office. • Scheduling is flexible. We educate families on concepts that teach them how money works. No prior experience required. We are willing to train and develop those who have a coachable mindset. We are looking to fill part-time and full-time positions with the opportunity of building a business within a business & owning your own agency.
