    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team to work 1:1 in a special education classroom and 1:1 in-home after school. You will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting children in their daily activities, and helping them achieve their developmental goals. Must also be available for in-home sessions as well (4pm-7pm). Candidate must be comfortable with assisting with daily living skills such as toileting, showering etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide direct ABA therapy to children in school settings during school hours and in-home after school.

    Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.

    Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.

    Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the ABA team to ensure consistent and effective therapy.

    Assist in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment for the child.

    Adapt and modify activities to meet the needs of each child.

    Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.

    Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques is a plus, but training will be provided.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Reliable transportation to travel between school and home settings.
