• 2 years+ of Collections experience
• Genuine passion for exceed goals
• Eager to make extra $$ in OT
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Job Title : Auto Collections Representatives ~ EXPEREINCE REQUIRED!

Job Description:

• Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.

Duties:

• Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
• Best in class customer interactions with results!
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
• Negotiate account resolutions
• Maintain company performance and productivity standards
• Perform skip tracing as needed
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule:

• 6AM-10PM, Monday to Sunday
• ** (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)**
