Our car dealership needs an experienced finance manager with strong communication skills to assist with aftermarket product sales during each vehicle purchase. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of finance department leadership experience and know the ins and outs of lending institutions, service contracts, gap, insurance programs, and preferably auto sales. Position is full-time, with weekend availability Benefits include: Health and dental insurance, vacation time Responsibilities: • Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms • Prepare papers, work with lending institutions, set interest rates, and finalize financial plans in accordance with federal laws and local regulations • Determine customers’ need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs • Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts • Meet monthly finance department quotas for automotive sales, service contracts, insurance programs, and more Qualifications: • Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required • Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office • Requires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline strongly preferred • At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required • AFIP Certification considered a plus Compensation: $120,000 - $220,000
