    An independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is looking for an experienced leader to oversee daily center operations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least five years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity. The ability to motivate a team to reach weekly goals is critical. I-CAR and OE certifications are a plus. Customer service, excellent communication skills, a focus on operations excellence are a must.

    You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service managers in setting big but realistic goals.     Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Maaco locations in our assigned territory in central TX.

    Be chiefly responsible and accountable for the sales, production, profitability, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc.

    Responsible for staffing, training, store cleanliness and organization, and administrative reporting, among other items.

    Manage and maintain the operating budget for our centers

    Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives

    Direct daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates

    Prevent first but remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met

    Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels

    Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the franchise locations.

    Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and center staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit count.

    Implement growth strategies that align with business objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while meeting the needs of the local market

    Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing them with upper management

    Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs, and the automotive industry as a whole

    Your day to day duties shall include:

    Selling paint and collision repair services.

    Handling insurance claims and fleet assignments, interacting with customers in person and over the phone.

    Developing and cultivating relationships with local customer accounts

    Providing excellent customer service while managing the front office team.

    Managing the production and the technical shop floor team.

    Managing the parts department and shop inventory.

    Managing the performance and development of the team members.

    Maintaining a clean and organized facility

    Facilitate regular Health & Safety and staff meetings

    Ensure all Team Members participate and keep current on all trainings including I-CAR, Safety training, Maaco quality trainings, etc

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed

    Five or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for a dealership or auto group is necessary

    Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends

    Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate business vehicles

    Strong communication skills; a track record of paint and collision management; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
