We're seeking a dynamic Service Advisor who can be the critical bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. Position Overview: The Service Advisor is the face of our business and is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional communication, technical knowledge, and consultative sales skills. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, customer service excellence, and sales expertise. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Greet and interact with customers professionally and courteously • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Manage service scheduling and follow-up • Prepare accurate repair estimates and service documentation • Process payments and manage customer transactions • Upsell additional services and maintenance packages • Collaborate effectively with automotive technicians Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2-3 years of automotive service advisor or customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong sales and negotiation abilities • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Professional demeanor and appearance Essential Skills: • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Consultative sales approach • Active listening and problem-solving skills • Technical aptitude and quick learning • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Multitasking and organizational skills Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
