Great hours, closed on Saturdays and Sundays Responsibilities: • The responsibilities of the service advisor include: • Taking incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, greeting customers • Answering emails and leads from our website • Correctly and clearly translating customer requests and needs on the repair order • Advise and sell all recommended repairs and upgrades to customers • Estimating the cost and time required for the service and upgrades • Review all work performed with customer and ensure all paperwork is complete & accurate • Receive and handle customer complaints in a quick and friendly manner to maintain customer satisfaction and retention • Preferred experience with Tekmetric RO software but not required Qualifications: • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • High school diploma or GED is mandatory • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $20 per hour to start
