WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a Dispatcher that brings strong communication skills to our team. You are reliable, diplomatic, and a quick learner. Additionally, you are passionate about working in an environment that values trust, integrity, and collaboration.

Experience Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Professional demeanor with the ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.

• Reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and fast learner.

• Multilingual in Spanish is helpful but not essential.

• Proficiencies with all Microsoft working tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) are necessary.

• Disclaimer: you will be required to complete a background check.

WHAT IS THE JOB?

• Field calls from motorists who need roadside assistance.

• Connect customers with technicians.

• Display excellent customer service when dealing with stressed-out customers.

• Document as calls come through and coordinate with across different departments within ARS to meet customer needs.
