    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The Internet Sales Consultant interacts with all levels of store and corporate management.
    • Proactively and reactively calling and following up with leads generated from AutoLenders website and third-party websites.
    • Thoroughly address customers questions (vehicles, financing, certification, etc), while properly qualifying and guiding them to vehicles that fit their needs.
    • Obtain customer contact information, set test drive appointments and refer customers to a Sales Consultant in the appropriate AutoLenders location.
    • Work with the General Managers, General Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Business Managers, and Sales Consultants from all locations to increase floor traffic.
    • Work with Service and Reconditioning Managers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction post-sale.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Motivated, organized, and driven professional with the passion to advance his/her career.
    • High level of energy and conviction to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    • Passion for the business and role he/she will play in a successful organization.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills REQUIRED.
    • Previous call center, sales, phone sales and/or customer service experience in any field desired preferably retail sales experience.
    • Must be able and willing to work 5 days per week, including every Saturday
