The autobagger operator position is now available for an individual that is interested in learning new processes, gaining process flow efficiencies, and practicing troubleshooting skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain autobagging equipment
• Changeover equipment between bag sizes and various products
• Identify ongoing issues with equipment and escalate appropriately
• Minimize equipment waste
• Meet established output and efficiency targets
• Produce bagged coffee to standard
• Fulfill and ship daily orders
• Work closely with production shift lead to manage coffee needs for production
• Record production and QC logs
• Abide by all company safety and sanitary regulations
• Clean common areas of warehouse / fulfillment
• Willingness to grow as the company grows

• Google Suite proficient

EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• General warehouse, service, or coffee industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Interest in a coffee (a plus)
