We pride ourselves on professionalism, craftsmanship, and a renewed focus on employee development. We’re actively seeking a skilled and dependable Autobody Technician to join our team full-time. This position involves the repair and restoration of vehicles damaged in collisions or other incidents. The ideal candidate will bring professional-level experience in body repair, dent removal, and refinishing work. As part of a growing team under new leadership, you’ll help maintain our reputation for quality service while benefiting from a refreshed, supportive work culture. Responsibilities: • Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, and refinishing • Use industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repairs to OEM standards • Work closely with estimators and other technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety policies • Document work performed and communicate clearly with management as needed • Stay up to date on repair techniques, tools, and best practices in the industry Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in collision repair or autobody work • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate required hand/power tools • Must have own basic tool set (specialty tools provided) • I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus but not required • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Reliable and punctual, with sta rong work ethic and communication skills Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
