Focused on New Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, foster meaningful relationships, and close new business opportunities. You will work closely with our existing sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving our growth targets. Join our team and lead the charge in acquiring new business!

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A minimum of 1 year outside sales experience in a B2B environment

    • A demonstrated ability to prospect for new business

    • Exceptional communication skills

    • A self-motivated commitment with a high level of energy

    • Ability to multi-task and remain driven

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and target potential new clients through research, cold calls, and networking.

    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

    • Negotiate and close deals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

    Our generous compensation package includes:

    • Base Salary

    • Monthly Commissions

    • Average 1st year total compensation $40,000 to $70,000

    • Subsequent year total compensation likely to increase
