    Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Automated Email Channel Manager is to drive flawless execution of the marketing campaigns within the automated email platform. The position requires strategic collaboration with key internal groups. It also requires an advanced technical acumen, an understanding of data integration and data file transfer. This person will need to exhibit strong project management and data integration skills, communications capabilities, and attention to detail to effectively audit programs.

    What you'll do

    • Manage the Automated Email channel calendar developed and execution of all prioritized campaigns
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and focus on the goal at hand while understanding the larger picture (timelines, partner needs, supportability)
    • Responsible for the development and flawless execution of automated email campaigns (request form intake, spec updates, meeting scheduling, coding audit review, creative timelines, overall process project management.)
    • Collaborate with the Automated Email Strategy lead and Database Marketing team to build optimal execution strategies. This involves review of coding requirements to ensure strategies are accurately interpreted and delivered
    • Ensure all required procedures, approvals and campaign requirements are closely followed and maintained throughout the execution of channel campaigns and efforts. This includes understanding compliance requirements and maintaining documentation accordingly

    • Curiosity and passion about email marketing, and data selection to drive audience identification
    • Be proactive by being action-oriented. This means pushing oneself and others to achieve the best
    • Have solid technical skills combined with business acumen and understanding to be able to describe how data flows and needs to be assembled to work for various cross-functional areas
    • Ability to document and validate coding requirements. Creativity to determine new ways to leverage data to reach the ultimate. Technical project management skills to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
    • Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills are necessary in delivering on timelines and driving solutions that translate marketing strategies into efficiently executed programs
    • The ability to understand how data works, what it means and how to use it. This includes being able to work with other teams to understand where the data is coming from and how to use it.
    • Adaptable qualities including learning on the fly and open to change
    • Ability to work and excel in a virtual work environment where management, peers and clients may not be in the same physical location
    • Compliance minded

    The Details:

    • Location: Remote EST/CST
    • Rate: $35-$40/hour
    • Duration: 12-month consulting role.

    The starting pay range for this role is $35.00/HR - $40.00/HR. Actual compensation within the
    range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience,
    skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near
    the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each
