We specialized in delivering premium audio/video, lighting, shading, electric, automation solutions for high end residential and commercial projects.

    Your Role: As a Automation Business Development and Technology Advisor, your primary responsibility is to develop business relationships with new clients, builders, architects, and designers in order to drive sales. You will be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and closing opportunities that align with our luxury market clientele.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify, Develop and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners and industry partners.

    Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

    Create client proposals and lead sales presentations and consultations, tailoring technology solutions to meet client needs.

    Collaborate with CTL team members to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

    Meet and speak with clients, builders, architects, and interior designers throughout the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Ability to get stuff done.

    Work without supervision

    Proven success in high-end client engagement, business development, and outside sales

    Experience consulting on custom technology solutions, home automation, or other luxury home services is a plus.

    Strong ability to identify, connect with, and convert high-value clients.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.

    Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced industry.

    Additional Information

    Compensation is based on salary plus commission and/or bonus.

    Salary and commission commensurate with experience.
