    With the implementation of the Honeywell Experion PKS Distributed Control System (DCS) in multiple facilities, the Automation Engineer will support the design, integration, and troubleshooting of these advanced control systems to ensure smooth, continuous operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    DCS Support: Provide expert technical support for the Honeywell Experion PKS DCS, including the management of open issues, troubleshooting, and solutions implementation.

    Programming & Testing: Assist in programming, testing, and troubleshooting of Honeywell Experion PKS DCS, ensuring all systems function efficiently and meet business and production needs.

    System Upgrades & Implementation: Oversee the upgrade of existing control systems and implementation of new control systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the Honeywell Experion PKS DCS.

    Process Control: Support the Honeywell Experion PKS DCS in process control and provide checkout and startup support to meet project schedules.

    Documentation Management: Collaborate with the team to upload project documentation into the Electronic Document Management System (Laserfiche), adhering to ICSD’s naming conventions.

    Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other engineers, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide necessary training and support to staff.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related field.

    Proven experience with Honeywell Experion PKS DCS, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration.

    Strong experience with process control and systems testing.

    Proficient in reviewing P&IDs, instrument loop drawings, and control system graphics.

    Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (Laserfiche) is a plus.

    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
