  • Responsibilities

    Position: Automation Technician 

    Scope: The technician's role is to align electrical and electronic industry standards to enhance equipment reliability and performance with a focus on workplace safety.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct routine and corrective maintenance to improve safety, efficiency, and production output.
    2. Examine, service, and repair motor control systems (low and medium voltage).
    3. Perform preventative care and diagnostics on motor drive systems.
    4. Utilize PLC interfaces to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
    5. Identify and address electrical faults to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

    Requirements:

    • Open to a rotating shift.
    • Associate degree in Electrical or Electronics Technology, military training in electronics, or a high school diploma combined with 3+ years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair.
    • Knowledge of NFPA 70E/NEC safety codes.
    • Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
