Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to grasp project objectives and testing requirements.

Utilize Functionize and other automation tools to configure and execute tests.

Troubleshoot issues across teams and drive resolution.

Spearhead automation strategy using Selenium and/or Functionize.

Document issues in JIRA and propel continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide support for IT audit responses and assist in audit preparations.

Review IT Change Management tickets and aid in SOP drafting and training.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of QA Automation experience in IT.

Proficiency in Selenium, Functionize, and SQL.

Understanding of test automation frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

Technical writing and compliance experience.

Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation Life Cycle.

Preferably holds ISTQB AL Test Automation Engineer certification.

Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite.
