Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance. • Educate customers about our wide range of products and services, including car audio, security systems, lighting, and more. • Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet them. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays. • Stay up to date on the latest products, features, and industry trends. • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Qualifications: • Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, customer service, or a related field. • Passion for cars, technology, and vehicle customization. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. • Basic knowledge of 12V electronics and car audio systems is a plus, but not required (training provided). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Compensation: $42,000 - $70,000 yearly
