    The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

    You will oversee daily operations and ensure that the repair team understands and achieves their goals .     Responsibilities

    Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.

    Ensure that sales and profit goals are met.

    Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting the automotive repair industry.

    Qualifications

    Three or more years of experience in a service manager or shop manager position is necessary.

    Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.

    Possess a state-issued driver’s license.

    Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success.
