    Well-rounded automotive accounting knowledge is required, and familiarity with CDK is a HUGE PLUS+++

    Summary: The Automotive Accounting Business Office Manager reports the financial condition of the dealership, develops necessary controls for business conduct, maintains accurate records, and establishes data processing systems to accomplish dealership objectives.

    Pay Scale:

    Base Salary Range: $7,500.00 - $11,500.00 monthly

    Essential Functions Include (but not limited to):

    Hiring, training, and supervising office personnel

    Analyzing and organizing office operations and procedures

    Monthly financial statement preparation according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines

    Controlling all posted documents and maintaining accurate records

    Managing daily bank deposits and cash reporting

    Maintaining effective cash management and controlling petty cash

    Providing timely daily operating control (DOC) reports

    Reconciling accounts monthly and approving adjustments

    Ensuring compliance with government regulations and preparing tax reports

    Administering charge-back programs and managing vehicle floor plan payoffs

    Compiling information and preparing management reports

    Cross-training a qualified substitute
