Automotive Coating & Prep Specialist
This is a full-time, hands-on technician role responsible for preparing and applying spray-in bedliners to trucks and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a clean, durable, professional finish every time. • Paid Time Off : SCHEDULED 5 days PTO per year + 6 paid holidays • Health Insurance Stipend : $250–$400/month toward individual medical coverage • Year-End Bonus : Based on quality and job completion volume • Employee Discount : Discount on accessories and services Responsibilities: • Clean and prepare truck beds and other surfaces for liner application • Accurately mask off vehicle areas to prevent overspray • Apply spray-in bedliner material evenly and efficiently using professional equipment • Inspect completed jobs for quality and durability • Maintain a clean, organized work environment • Safely operate spray equipment and follow proper maintenance schedules • Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure timely project completion • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear Qualifications: • Prior experience applying spray-in bedliners (LINE-X, Rhino, or similar) strongly preferred • Automotive paint or coatings experience a plus • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a shop environment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
